February 4, 20206 yr comment_3393 Hi, We are trying to use PV*SOL premium 2020 on a Windows 10 machine with Intel® Core™ i7-9700T and 8GB of RAM. Unfortunately the program often stops responding and displays the included error messages about not enough memory. At the same time we also see extra high activity of the processors integrated GPU. This system should meet all the requirements listed on your page for running this program. What can I do to get the program running more stable? Report
February 4, 20206 yr comment_3398 Hey Martti, it seems that your graphic card isn't powerful enough to run our software. Are you running it in a virtual machine of any kind? Could you send us a dxdiag of the system where PV*SOL is running? Hit the "Windows" key, type "dxdiag", wait for the loading bar to finish and the click "Save All Information".
