which settings do I have to take so that 1.2.2.1 to 1.2.2.4 are where they're supposed to be?

Why are the 4 modules 1.2.2.1 to 1.2.2.4 in the middle instead of in front of 1.2.2.5 where they're supposed to be? Can't figure it out, any help would be appreciated.
