I just Simulated a Roof with old Trina 450W and the new 465W both are NEG9R.28.

For an example I made a 2d Simulation with 215Modules same orientation. The old 450W produces 7000kWh/jear more.

Is incorrect data stored for the new module or are they simply lower quality?

Dear Thomas,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The differences in yield are due to the different low-light performance of the modules. In PV*SOL either the PV*SOL model or the two-diode model is used to calculate the characteristic curves.
