Many of the grid companies in Sweden today has a peak load tarif for customers over 63 A, meaning that the costumer has to pay for the highest hour of peakload during an intire month. And building a PV installation can generate a significant saving on the grid cost for the customer. For instance in E.ONs grid you have a fixed cost per month that is 2100 SEK. And for the highest peak hour you will pay 81,60 SEK. So if a customer has the same load the whole mont of 100 kW per hour but for one hour the customers peak goes up to 200 kW for one hour, then the customer has to pay 200x81,60 = 16320 SEK in a peakload cost, insted of 100x81,60 = 8160 SEK if the peakload whould have been the same for the whole month. The grid companies in Sweden will also start using this pricing to customers under 63 A and therefore it would have been nice to be able to calculate the savings with a PV installation.
Hi there, I've been stucked at financial calculation of whole system components after design work done. For instance, let's say in our region 500 kW solar system costs apx. 400.000$ with all tasks from construction to commissioning. So is there a way to change general investment fees into the finance section or another part? Because its automatically calculates investment values and its irrevalent to nowadays (for 500 kW - 890.000$ almost double price of the fact) Thanks in advance.
