  1. Could it be that if you're looking at a big project this problem occurs? In the appendix my PV-Sol report in which the panels are /turn pink. PV-Sol Pink Panels.pvprj
  2. Same problem here! Zoom in close enough and the panels transfer to the normal color. And also in the close-up modus you see the normal color (screenshot 2) than go one view click tot the right and they turn pink again (screenshot 3).
  3. The climate data is many cases based on a time period up to 2010. Is there any information about when this time period will be updated? The irradiation data has changed a lot in recent years.
  4. Guys, How can I draw a roof surface that starts on the east side on the first floor (2.5 meters) and on the west side on the 2nd floor (5 meters)? I can draw a staggered roof surface which starts at the same height by changing the angle per roof surface but I can't get the above plane drawn Thanx in advance for the answer!

  6. Martin, If I enter a size in a 3D drawing to determine the scale, this size later in the drawing no longer corresponds to the entered dimensions. I don't dare to say with certainty whether my panels fit on the drawn surfaces. The entered value of the width is 21.119 but my roof plane is now shown as 21.679. This deviation of almost 50cm is very large. Is this a known problem and is there a solution?
  7. Martin I often have problems placing a cable node on flat roofs (small and big installations) but i have no clue why. The symbol for placement remains grey so I can't select it and cable plan can't be created. Can you explain where it goes wrong?

Now comes the next question: I want to put the panels around so that the circle is fully utilized, but PV-sol can only put the panels in straight planes and the same angle.   10. In the software I try to draw a round roof with a raised edge of 2 meters high on which panels can be installed. There are also panels to be installed within the raised roof edge. I can now draw an parapet wall but you can't draw panels on it, how can I draw this situation?
  11. Valentine software, I have a question about the PVSol premium software package and specifically about the self-use of energy shown in the reports. In the Netherlands, 70-80 per cent of households have a 3-phase grid, as a result of which the load is also absorbed over 3-phases. Due to a change in subsidy rules, it will very soon become less profitable to return energy to the grid. In my calculations I therefore increasingly opt for a 3-phase inverter as the self-consumption is higher than in the case of a 1-phase inverter. However, I don't see it in the yield results. For example, I choose a standard load profile for an installation with a 2-person household of 4200kWh per year (divided over 3 phases). With a 5kWp on 1 and 3 phase inverter, the energy used by the company itself is, according to the report 31.3 and 31,6 %, almost the same, which does not seem to be true. In practice, the self-consumed energy of a 3-phase inverter will have to be significantly higher than that of a 1-phase inverter. Iff i make 2 reports with an installed capacity of 5400wp on a 1 and 3 phase inverter where the share of own used energy is almost as high, where in my opinion this is not true.
