Die Formel steht leider falsch in unserer Hilfe. Mein Kollege hat auch im Programmcode nachgeschaut und dort ist es erfreulicherweise richtig (also mit einem '+' statt '-'), wobei wir letztendlich für die Simulation nur das Zwei-Dioden-Modell verwenden.
