Scott Boutilier Posted January 25, 2023 Report Posted January 25, 2023 Do you have a method of calculating a single system with collectors facing different orientations. I am trying to simulate a system with an array of collectors facing east and another array facing west. Quote
developer_ur Posted January 26, 2023 Report Posted January 26, 2023 Many systems (not all) in TSOL can simulate two independent collector fields. You can enable the second collector field in the system's dialog on the tab "Components". Furthermore you have the process heating systems P3 and P5 with up to six independent collector fields and up to six consumers. Quote

Does not appear to have this function in the 2018 version of TSOL, thank you and appreciate the quick response. Quote
developer_ur Posted January 27, 2023 Report Posted January 27, 2023 Please open the Help via the mainmenu. Go to "Search" and enter "two collector loops". There will be a Topic with the same name. The process heating systems are also available in T*SOL 2018. Quote
Scott Boutilier Posted January 28, 2023 Author Report Posted January 28, 2023 Thank you, although it won't help with my current project, it is good to know there are a number of applications I will be able to simulate this, very good resource here!! Quote
