Hallo zusammen,

zur Berechnung der Spannung bei einer von der Referennztemperatur abweichenden Zelltemperatur dient ja der Zusammenhang

Das x steht dabei entweder für oc (open circuit) oder mpp (maximum power point). In der PV*SOL Datenbank ist der Temperaturkoeffizient u für die Leerlaufspannung für alle Module gegeben; für die MPP-Spannung jedoch nicht. Kann mir jemand verraten, wie PV*SOL beispielsweise die minimale MPP Spannung (bei 70 °C) berechnet, bzw. wie der für die Berechnung benötigte Temperaturkoeffizient bestimmt wird?

Hallo aqualx,

tut mir sehr leid für die Verzögerung bei der Antwort, die Frage ist irgendwie untergegangen. Die MPP-Spannungen bei bestimmten Einstrahlungs- und Temperatur-Koeffizienten werden simuliert. D.h. je nach Modultechnologie kommt entweder das Zwei-Dioden- oder unser eigenes PV*SOL-Modell zum Einsatz, das mit den Datenblatt-Angaben (u.a. der Temperaturkoeffizient der Leerlaufspannung) parametrisiert wird.
