Dear Baltussaur,

 

Please uninstall the program on the computer. Afterwards install the software on the new one. If you now enter the serial number and try to apply for the key code you will get the message that the license is already in use. We have to reactivate the software.

 

So, please fill out the following form and send it back to our colleagues from the sales department (sales@valentin-software.com):

They will send you a reply when they have reactivated the license and afterwards you can activate the software.
