  2. Hello, The last version of PVSol Premium 2024, is presenting a serious trouble in 3D mounting. As you can see in the annexed picture, the ribbon doesn't show the editing options, and the other icons are degenerated. I'll try to get back to the last version or reinstalling this version, but I think it's important to communicate this problem, so you can solve this as soon as possible. At this moment it is not possible to work properly. I would be grateful for your quick reply and suitable orientation! My regards, Felipe

    Sungrow SG125CX-P2

    Hello The Max short circuit DC in A for the Sungrow SG125CX-P2 inverter in the PSol database does not match the datasheet's data. I annexed the prints and pdf.   5. What are the short and long term consequences for the inverters when sizing strings in each of the tolerance bands as described in PVSol? How does the range of these intervals are defined? Is it the manufacters input?

    Maintenance

    My 6 month license will expire on 28 june 2023. My boss already bought a maintenance pack, but when I check the registration status the annexed message appears. We have never updated by maintenance before. Is the software already updated? We need orientation on how to proceed with the update.
  7. Thanks Frederik, I think it would not be a overstatement saying that for us designers, PVSol is a reference source of information not easily available in the market or in the internet. Thus, it would be very helpful if you could show us users that the manufactures' data was checked and approved by you. If you don't mind, i would like to know if there are any answers related to that two modules light transmittance property, please. My best regards, Felipe

Greetings, I would like to know why Jinko Tiger Neo JKM565N-72HL4-(V) and Risen RSM110-8-550M Modules show 0% reflection on the module Interface losses, once High Transmission Low Iron Solar Tempered Glass, which is used in both modules do not have a 100% light transmittance rate. Besides, I also would like to know if the technology used in these panels’ glasses are prone to any degradation, and if it is, if this factor is considered in the degradation rate of the module.
