Hi Martin, No i'm using the same version of the software. I simply closed the file and cannot open it again as I get this error message. So I cannot access my work. Kind Regards

Hi there I'm getting this error message when trying to open one of my projects. I was going to open a previous version but I don't want to lose the work I've done. I also noticed a file with the same name has automatically been created in the same folder as the original file. The new file has the same name but also '.tmp' at the end. Perhaps it is some type of saving error, either way I would be grateful if there is a solution

Hi There, I've ran into an issue with using battery storage in the model. The site i'm modelling is a depot roof with multiple different levels and therefore to build the model, there was several different buildings and roof pitches creating a 'wave' sort of effect. For thos reason, there ended up being 45 coverage sections. The first issue was that we couldn't tie these together on less inverters so the model gave us 45 inverters. However, this doesn't worry me as a more detailed design will be undertaken on site by the electrical designer. However, in order to model the battery storage, I have put in 90kWh capacity (510kWp site) on a site that spill quite heavily to the grid, however this barely charges over the year. I'm guessing its because the battery has to be tied to a singe inverter in the model, which only accounts for 1/45 of the panels. Does anyone have a work around for this?

Hi all, I'm struggling to import topography into my PV Sol model. I've downloaded the CSV file from the EU PV GIS website for my specific site and I have converted it to a .hor file, however when I try import to PV sol it does not update. I'm fairly certain I got all the steps correct but if anyone has a better guide that would be helpful. Thanks
