I have been using PV*SOL premium for about 11 years. Initially I received feedback when reporting a problem. During the past 5 years I found that my reports were ignored. I therefore have a few questions: 1. Why do I buy maintenance? 2. If I need online data for a new location, will that still be available, if I do not have maintenance?

Every time when Valentine publishes a upgrade my home location changes to Germany and I loose all the climate data locations I have created. Why does Valentine do that?
