The Solax website states the configurations which are available to be used with each inverter type see here;

However, when I try to configure the X3 ULTRA or X3 HYBRID G4 with different combinations of T58 Batteries, the Usable Battery Energy C10 drops to 0kWh.

Hi lholt,

thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the behavior with the same combination.

Please send us your project file either as a private message in the forum or to our hotline at hotline@valentin-software.com so that we can take a look at the project.

Kind regards

Dear Users with the described problem,

my colleague has found the cause. The problem occurs when an old version of the product is still selected.

Please perform a database update and select the current version of the product. Then the problem should be solved.

Kind regards

Mikio

Dear Michiel,

thank you for your post and the attached project file.

When I opened the project via 'File' > 'Open Project', I still got the prompt to upgrade the version of the battery system:

After selecting version 3 the 'Usable Battery Energy C10' seems to be ok:

Could it be that the version was accidentally reset to version 2?

Kind regards

Hi Mikio,

Strange my database still show the latest version of that battery system is version 2.

I found that my license wasn't updated to the new user based licensings, so I corrected that. After restarting the PV*Sol it is now taking the latest version and is indeed working correctly.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Michiel
