Wen Posted September 2 Report Posted September 2 Hi, I'm trying to simulation an off-grid project which has 1315KWh annual constant load, 1.42kWp PV generator output and 5 batteries each has capacity at 100Ah. The days of autonomy of the batteries should be over 5 days. It's proposed to be an off-grid DC coupled system, as PV*SOL cannot simulate it at present so I chosed inverters for it in the software but with no meaning. The configuration of the system are showed below: Â When I tried to calculate and get the result something showed as follow: I've checked that the energy generated per year can cover the power consumption (about 2000 KWh>1315 KWh), how can I get the result of simulation? Thanks a lot Wen running 1.pvprj Quote
developer_mo Posted September 3 Report Posted September 3 Hi Wen, thanks for your question and welcome to the forum community. There are probably times when the battery is not full enough to cover consumption. I would recommend working with either load shedding or a backup generator. Does that help? Kind regards Mikio Quote
