Cabling in 3D with Solaredge system

Hello,

I have done a Solaredge system with one string on three roof sides. I have put a grommel but when I click on it and want to use cable with - it is greyed out. 

What I am doing wrong?

You can right click on the string to lead it through the grommet like this:
