thanks for the question.

Unfortunately, I can't see the cause of the error on the screenshot. Perhaps this thread, in which some of the common formatting errors were discussed, will help?

There is also a section in our online help where the load profile import is described:

If that doesn't help yet, it would be helpful if you could share the text file so we can take a closer look at it. Since I'm on vacation next week best to post directly in the thread or to our tech support.
