STANDALONE SYSTEM DESIGN

Hi,
I want to design a standalone system. I selected battery inverter and battery which they are appropriate. I received a warning from program as below;

At least 4,8 kWh of battery energy is required per kWp of PV power.

Why should the system be like this? How can i fix this problem?

thank you for reaching out and sorry for my late reply.

The off-grid planning in PV*SOL is based on the SMA Off-Grid Configuration program, which we once programmed for SMA. In this respect, the design rules that SMA has given us are also included there. The warning cannot be removed for this reason.

Nevertheless, it should be possible to simulate the system. If the simulation is not successful, please contact us again. Preferably with the project file so that we can look at the configuration in detail.
