Shading from chimney on different strings on same mppt

Mppt 1: string 1 -7 panels, string 2 - 7 panels  
Mppt 2:  string 1 -7 panels, string 2 - 7 panels  

The shade from chimney will affect string s1. 

Is there a way to know if the loss on string S1 will also affect string S2 and does it loose same amount as they are in same mppt, although S2 will not have shade but is in same mppt as in shaded string S1? 

Is there a way to see in terms of total output loss in each string in PVSol?

Unfortunately there is no way to show the shading losses on string level. The most detailed level that the program output offers is that of the MPPT. Internally, the string level is available at some point very likely, but it is not inserted into the results page or the CSV file.
