Fronius GEN24 PLUS has 2x MPPT1 ports and 1x MPPT2 port, Why doesn't pvsol use this info?

standaard configuration was 1 streng at mppt1 en 2 strengs at mppt2 , and pvsol says i have to use a T-combine plug.

I changed this strand configurations to what Fronius suggests and still pvsols suggests this T-combiner at mppt1. why? because it is not necesarry to use it at mppt1:

Please change this in pvsol for all inverters where this applies to.

Hi Martijn,
thank your for your contribution.
It is probably correct that a T-combiner is not necessary for this configuration. In our database entry it is recognized, that the inverter has two different MPPTs. However it is not planned to extend the data model by the number of DC connections, so unfortunately PV*SOL cannot illustrate this at this level of detail.
Kind regards

Hi Mikio,

It's a pity that those details/ specifications (when 2 string DC connections is possible at one MPPT) is not incorporated in the PVsol software. But luckily a lot of other things do. Thanks for your reaction. Maybe in the future update this will be implemented.

Kind regards, Martijn Haaksema
