I have an end user who is currently having issues with crashes when using PV*Sol and AutoCAD at the same time. They have reported that the CPU usage hits 100%. Device specs are as follows:
Dell Latitude 5540
13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1365U vPro® 12 MB cache, 10 cores, 12 threads @ 2.69GHz
16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MT/s, Non-ECC, dual-channel
Intel 13th Generation Core i7-1365U vPro, Intel Integrated Graphics, TBT4
The user is using PV*Sol Premium 2024 and AutoCAD LT 2025 (Version 25.0.116.0)
Is there anyone else who has experienced this issue and knows how to resolve it? Or could provide some steps to troubleshoot the issue?
