Hello This module degradation loss only appears in 2D system. why is this so. there is no option to define it in 3D setup. Kindly guide on this.

when comparing a half cut cell with a standard cell of the same rating which parameters differ that would give a different performance given efficiency cell area should be same. i want to see the effect on mismatch shading configuration

Hi When creating half cell modules to compare their performance the only difference will be in ticking the half cell box right? I have been doing this and finding that half cut cells have a greater module configuration shading in comparison to a standard cell with the same rating and all other characteristics. Why must this be?
