  1. This is the model with 20 KW inverters with T-connectors Autobedrijf Rick Van Lierop (20KTL met Y Connectors zonder begrenzing 80A).pvprj
  2. Hi Team Valentin Software, For some inverters, MPPT trackers can accept more than one string (usually 2). PVsol doesn't usually indicate this when the inverter is selected. In the Configuration menu if I select for example a Huawei SUN2000-20KTL-M2, I get two sections to fill, MPPT1 and MPPT2. For MPPT1, two strings can be inputted. One of those strings is going to be connected straight to the first input (lets name it input MPPT1a) and for the other input (MPPT1b) I want to connect two strings using a Y(or T)-Connector. This separation between input a and b for every MPPT does not exist in PVsol, which leads me to the question, how can I achieve this separation using the options that are already present in the software? Polystringconfiguration is also not an accurate solution here to this problem. I wanted to attached two models in this inquiry. The first is made with 20KW inverters with T-branch connectors and the other is with 15KW inverters without any T-branch connectors. I see very little difference in the yearly production for those two models, which cannot be true. The files are too big to be attached here unfortunately. Your feedback here would be much appreciated.
  3. Hello Frederik, Thanks for taking the time to answer my inquiry. Yes you've understood me correctly, I did mean a limit on the power that could be imported from the grid operator. This is relevant in countries like the Netherlands at the moment where the grid is congested, but people have only a limited contracted amount of power with the grid operator. Since there is an option in PVsol to build systems with battery, electric vehicle, and loads, taking the grid limit into consideration becomes increasingly important especially when trying to size a battery or make decisions on charging/discharging schedules. Would love to see this feature added in the future. Kind regards, Emile
  4. Hi Frederik, My apologies for the late response. Hereby the files. Would appreciate it if you would have a look at them. Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Emile Bol.com Waalwijk Links -addition.pvprj Bol.com Waalwijk Links.pvprj
  5. Hi Team Valentin Software, I was wondering if there’s a way to limit the grid import to a specific value. For some clients, they only have a certain value of contractual power with the grid operator, which is critical to the simulation. Is this feature going to be introduced any time soon in the software? would appreciate your help with this. Thanks in advance. Emile
  6. Hey Team Valentine, I created a new Bifacial module for my simulation with 70% Bifacial Factor. However, when I run the simulation, I get absolutely no gains or losses in the PV System Energy Balance. What could be the cause of this? Your help would be much appreciated. Sincerely, Emile
