  1. Hello Martin, sorry to bother you I was just looking for a solution. Is there a way this could be a bug? If it is a setting issue what else can I check? I have followed all your suggestions so far
  2. Okay I understand. What other settings can I look at? I am sorry just trying to find a solution.
  3. Good day Martin. I used to have no issues exporting the Hourly Values, but since I updated to PV*Sol Premium 2023 R3 I began having this problem. From my assessment my simulation does give me the right PV Generator Energy yields and everything else, just that when exporting the Excel file has 0's and 1's under the irradiation column. I have also made sure I checked and compared all my PV Sol exporting settings with my colleague, as well as Excel settings. Is there a way we can solve this? Maybe it has something to do with my license? Is there a way we can reboot my PV Sol Premium credentials?
  4. Hi Martin, when you run my simulation do you manage to get hourly values in your csv export? I have checked the region and time settings and compared them to my colleagues' and I still am getting 0s and 1s under my hourly values results column.
  5. Hi Martin, I made the suggested alteration, but it did not work out either. Please find attached. My colleague however gets proper Hourly Values with a comma (,) as his list separator. Could there be an issue with my PV Sol license or software?
  6. Hi Martin, I have tried checking for the separator, my colleagues also can't get the hourly values from my files. Should I send you a project file privately?
  7. Hi Frederik. Any luck with my inquiry?
  8. Hi Frederik, I sent the project files as a private message, I still await your correspondence. Please assist.
  9. Good day. I am using PV*SOL Premium 2023 (R3) After running my simulation and exporting my PV Sol report and Hourly Values, when I open the csv file on Excel I am getting inaccurate values in the "Irradiance onto horizontal plane (kWh/m^2)" column. Please find attached an except from two different regions in the Excel sheet. This is the case throughout the data for the year. What could be the issue? Please assist. This is 01/01 This is on 09/06 and 10/06
