I am using SMA Off-Grid Configurator 1.0 (R16) on a Windows 10 PC. I have tried to run the "Check for Updates" both automatically at startup and manually under the HELP selection. I get an error message of "No connection to the internet available. Program/database update not possible." The fact I can post this message shows I have internet access. Is there a setting I need to adjust on either the program or my router to allow this communication to work properly?
